Swapping for p5 ecu

Before I swap my ecu for the p5 one, I need to know what I am getting into...


1. Will the car still be driveable if the turbokit is not installed yet?

2. What will I need to do to prevent the CEL?

The car shouldn't have any problems since the motors in the P5 and the MP3 are exactly the same. The car will still run just fine and you won't through any CEL's since the ECU still thinks its plugged up to a P5. I'm ready to trade you when ever you want. In fact my car will be at the body shop until Friday. I'll overnight you mine and then you can overnight yours back to me and we will both be ready for the weekend. Call me...(336)688-2434

You will throw a CEL...Your car will run rich..
And explode (Well joking about that last problem lol)

big deal about the cel, right? but he needs it rich or doesnt when he gets a turbo or nos

well my main concern is about inspection, they aren't gonna be too keen on a CEL

i threw CEL and themans deal is very complicated. i just took out the bulb! lol

chas, is my mp3 with p5 ecu running too rich just at startup or ?
how do u know for sure? just because it is supposed to run rich with CEL? thanks
