so today i installed the sure Balance shaft delete, now i get to add 6.8 quarts of oil yeesh 
i threw in 7 quarts and it maxxed out the lvler dipstick
prolly be better with 6.8 but its all good.
after i let the car run abo. 10 min i decided to take it out for a few blocks and wow, what a diff it made.
i keep thinking to myself usually when u take out a piece like the balance shaft the car should ride lil bit rougher but thats not the case here it actually made my ride smoother !!!! (boom06)
i am using a sure RMM im sure that also plays a part but man it was sooo daymn annoying getting out the oil pan and cleaning everything up, but i must say out of the few blocks i drove i feel a diff seems to just have tiny bit of more git up n' go power but might just be me being crazy.
the sure BSD is a def worth getting, installing is just annoying not too too hard.
