I recently ordered my Forge Recirculating BPV and Apexi auto timer from ImportImageOnline. Props to Josh for shipping it the next day, but the package arrived today and my BPV was not in the box (pissed). The box was perfectly sealed with that brown stringy tape, so there is no way Fedex could have messed this one up. I am guessing they just forgot to put it in the box.
I guess I will have to wait until monday to get this issue resolved, as I believe they are closed over the weekend. Damn I have the worst luck ordering things online.
 
protegegarage took them 3-4 weeks to get me mine...with no call backs or email responses to go with that late arrival...

i hear your frustration...
 
Ouch that is a long time. Josh was great with me on the phone when I placed the order, sent it out the next day, and provided me with a tracking number the day after that. I am hoping this is just a matter of them forgetting to include it in the box. If this turns into a headache to get resolved I will get very upset, very quickly.
 
Three possible options:

1. They simply forgot to put it in the box.
2. They were out of them, so they sent you what they had for the moment and will ship the BPV later.
3. The two items were coming from different locations and were packed/shipped separately.

Are you telling me that you would not be slightly pissed if you reserved a day off of work to receive a package, for it to arrive without the full package contents? I think you would be.
Anyways, the story is this. Josh from ImportImage said that it was going to be drop shipped directly from Forge. So I contacted Forge, only to find that they never received an order from importimage for me? To make matters worse, they have stopped shipments on their current batch due to faulty bottom o-rings, and have no idea when they will be able to ship out any new product (they are waiting for something from their UK distributor).
The invoice did have both items on there, so naturally I was expecting them both to arrive together. If I had known that they were not in stock, I would have ordered from somewhere else that had them.
Just got off the phone with Josh, and he told me that they should be shipped out from Forge later on this week. I guess I will be playing the waiting game.
Credit for Josh for keeping me in the loop. Good customer service right there.

Slightly pissed is not super pissed. I think most of us would be agitated/perturbed, but your thread title made it seem like you were ready to hit someone. lawl.

When you pay for something and don't receive it or receive something else, that's the same as someone just taking money from me for nothing. That warrants getting pissed off.
