Sunroof stuck

This has happened a couple times.
I tilt the sunroof open, when I go to close it, it tilts down then opens the sunroof while im holding the tilt down button - when I go to close the sunroof none of the buttons work and the sunroof is stuck open, then after a while the buttons work and I can close it.
anyone else encountered this issue before.

I had one similar problem except mine never started working again. I had blown the AC fuse cause the sunroof was frozen a little.
