Sun visors

About the only thing I don't like about the interior of my MS3 is the sun visors, they look and feel cheap IMO. Do I remember hearing the 2008.5's have different ones, and if so does anyone have pics??

the 08.5's have the center mirror on the visor with a light on each side as opposed to just a mirror.. no biggie.

During my second oil change (6,000 miles) I got look at the sunvisors on a white 2008.5 yesterday. They seem to be the same basic material, but now have a 2" or so wide strip for hanging sunglasses or stuffing envelopes or something. Also, the mirrors have solid rectangular covers and inside are lights on either side. Not a huge difference, plus if I upgraded I'd have to get power to the visors, probably from the rear-view mirror power wire.

I'd much rather have cheap visors with no lights and no strip. My 8.5 has both and the lights eventually go out (happened in a few of my dad's old buicks) and i hope the strips don't pull an ol' Chevy trick and loose all elasticity and just hang all ugly.

All i need visors for is to block sunlight, not to put my makeup on in morning rushhour.

The funny thing about the strips is they don't seem to be elastic.

I think the visors are not long enough to move over to the side. They should have been made bigger. Maybe someone will come up with a visor MOD.
