I'm not going to post every model from the site, but here are some interesting rare special edition Imprezas.

WRX-STi 22B
A rare beast indeed. The 22B starts life as an STi Type R, and just gets better from there. The 22B was outfitted with a closed-deck engine, metal gaskets, sodium-filled valves, molybdenum-coated internals to reduce friction- all in the name of power. The exterior features huge fender bulges to accomodate a wider track than the standard Type R, plus an adjustable rear spoiler, BBS Electra alloys wheels, height-adjustable headlamps, and the exclusive Sonic Blue Paint scheme. The 22B features the DCCD electronic center differential for variable front/rear split, and a special Alcantara interior. 400 units were orginally made, selling out within 8 minutes (so it has been rumored). 24 additional units were produced for Subaru UK, and made road-legal by Prodrive, who did not fail to add a few goodies of their own to these 24 units.

UK 300
The UK300 is a special edition of the New Age Impreza, modified by Prodrive and limited to 300 units. Among the enhancements are styling/aero changes like the front lip and rear wing, plus the upgraded ECU and other items in the "Prodrive Performance Package" that ups the power and torque of the standard New Age Impreza considerably.

Prodrive P1
The P1 begins life as an STi Type R, but is transformed to Prodrive specifications upon arrival in England. It had to be extensively modified to fit UK crash specifications and the needs/expectations of the public. Among other aspects, the suspension sytem is replaced and the orginally-inteded 13:1 STi-spec steering rack was replaced with the standard 15:1 to make for a more stable ride.

RB5
The RB5 was built to commemorate Richard Burns' return to the Subaru World Rally Team. He drove under the number five in the WRC at that time, hence RB5 or "Richard Burns 5."

555 Edition
I could find very little information on the 555 Edition Impreza, as most of them seem to turn up in France or the Netherlands, and frankly, I do not speak nor read either language. They were produced across several years, and were most often painted in World Rally Blue, though some models seem to have been available in Black Mica as well. Production appears to have stopped on the 555 Edition as of about 1998 or 1999, though with the recent return to sponsorship of the Subaru World Rally Team by British American Tobacco (the folks responsible for the "555" livery on the older WRC) production will likely begin anew.

Series McRae
The Series McRae was a limited-edition of 200 units of these Prodrive-prepared Impreza turbos. It featured an exclusive Rally Blue Mica paint scheme, with 16" Speedline Safari wheels, seats signed by Colin McRae, and special Series McRae badging and number plaque.

Catalunya
The Impreza Catalunya was built to celebrate the win of the 1996 World Rally Manufacturer's Title. It featured special Catalunya badging, Catalunya floormats, an exclusive Black Mica paintjob, gold versions of the standard Turbo Sport wheels, and was limited to 200 units.

Terzo The Impreza Terzo (meaning "third" in Italian) was built to celebrate the third consecutive Manufacturer's Title in the World Rally for Subaru (1995, 1996, and 1997). A total of 333 units were produced, with Terzo badging, floormats, and special interior plaque. The interior was finished in grey Alcantara, much like the STi 5/6 seats we in the US have become familiar with. The exterior was finished in yet another limited edition blue mica.

This site below has a very good write-up and summary of the history of Subaru Impreza.
