SU Mount question

Hey guys. I've had the SU rear mount on my car for a while. Was very happy with it at first, even though I was running snow tires at the time. Now that I have my summers back on I've been driving a little bit more aggresively (ok, alot) I had some really bad wheel hop the other day, and just wanted to know if it was normal to still get wheel hop sometimes, or maybe I need to do some tightening on the mount?

i would guess that it's pretty normal if thats the only mount you have...

What seem to eliminate my wheel hopping issues was by going with different tires. The rear mm I put in helped a little, but the tires really did a lot more.

I'm far from an expert, but you may want to look into some suspension changes. Stiffer springs, coilovers, stiffer sway bar, may help out.

I have a speed 6 with the rear mount and I get some bumps. Drivetrain lash is preetty much the same as stock but reduces the jerk by about 30%.

Haha, yeah, I know. Even though I barely have any money I still find myself ordering stuff every couple of months. Well thanks for the replies guys. I won't worry about it anymore, but maybe next time I have it in the shop I'll ask them to check on the mount.
