I was going to post this in quotes of the day but I think this deserved a new thread.

Quote/question of the day:

From a person in the I.T. department where I work.

"What do you mean I have lost everything on my computer when I deleted the Windows folder?"

Next Question from him

"Can't you just replace it?

My question to him

"Didn't you see the window asking you if you were sure that you want to do this, it will remove Windows from your computer?"

His response

"Yes but I was cleaning up my drive and never used this file for anything, I didn't think it was important"

i hate it when someone sayd, "i didn't know", when i know damn well i told them what was going on. people can be sooo dumb sometimes!

Mine is not really work related, but there's this guy here that really bugs me lately. The problem is that he calls everybody "racist". Like he'll literally say "Hey you are a racist" if you say pretty much anything and it's pissing me off as I get very offended when people throw that word around. Racism exists of course, but you better be darn sure before calling me a racist as I'm one of the most "color-blind" people around. I will be your friend regardless of the color of your skin.

So here's the situation..the other day a bunch of guys were getting ready to go for lunch. They decided on a Vietnamese restaurant. My ex was Vietnamese and we went out for 7 years so I like to think I know a fair bit of their culture as well as their traditions. One of the guys asked about how he heard that some Vietnamese people eat dog meat in Vietnam. I'd heard this many times and had discussions about it with my girlfriend's father. He had told me that he himself had tried it in Vietnam and that even now it's still available at some street vendors. I informed the guy asking the question that it was available explaining how it's more of a delicacy than anything....and the other guy who just happens to be Indian called me a racist?!?

I was pissed right off because for someone to say that to me is very insulting and basically I blasted the guy for saying so...he's also said that only "white" people can even be racist...that no other race can be because we are the only ones to have opressed others.....this guy really gets on my nerves. :mad:

Blue....that guy you were speaking of CLEARLY needs a plexiglass belt buckle....for he has his head so far up his butt its the only why he could posibly see where he is going!

geeeeeeeeeeeez some people are so ignorant....THAT too pisses me off. For Racism is also color blind....anyone of any race, creed or color can and in many cases are racist.

Yeah I told him that the concept that only white people can be racist is pretty stupid....basically I just don't talk to the guy at all anymore...easier to avoid confrontation that way.
