dude, it's just what it says. when your throttle is wide open, you are at 'wide open throttle'. really, when you mash your foot to the floor, it opens the throttle as far as it can, or wide open.
belive it or not i have put 1900 miles on my car and i have NOT gone over 4500rmp's. i'll leave the WOT to my rx 7. much more fun with a rotary. pass the redline and still does'nt matter. got to love that
FYI: cars are still breaking in at 20,000 miles so be careful when you go WOT.
