Stuck Caliper

A couple of weeks ago I realized that my car wasn't running as smooth as normal, it seemed like everytime I took my foot of the gas the car acted like I was braking, and it would slow down. When I got home I looked at my rotors and brake pads to see if anything unusual was there and saw that right aft brake pad looked like it was scorched, and the rotor had a few very shallow gouges, needless to say I called the dealer and took the car there. They said the caliper was stuck and they changed it under warranty. Anyways, the reason I'm posting about it now is to see if anyone else had any problems like mine, and also even though the problem was fixed I sometimes still think the car slows down more than it should when I let go off the gas. I might be paranoid about it a little since I had that stuck caliper but could there be other reasons a car might slow down more than it should. I've checked my intake to see if something might be blocking it, my idle speed is good, tires are set at 35psi all around, etc. Yet every now and then it still feels like I'm towing something behind me. Any ideas please post.
