Strut options? need other parts too

So my front end feels kind of sloppy, so I took it into a local place and heres what they said I need to replace:

Front struts
Front & rear Links
Front control arm bushings
Rear sway bar bushings

Sooo...With that said, Whats my best option without spending an arm and a leg? It's an 03 Pro, with lowering springs (not sure on the size of the lowering, I know the springs are made by Eibach). Should I try to find the stuff at a junk yard? buy Brand new stuff? I know stock struts don't do well with a lowering kit, is this just a myth or should I look into something else. The car is a DD with 113,xxx miles, no Autox, nothing, just looking for a better ride without the sloppy feeling

Thanks

I dont know where you are at, but im in Michigan and there is no way that you could "reuse" front and rear endlinks as they are usually so rusted that the last time I replaced a set I had to cut them off with a cut off wheel. Also the bushings wear pretty badly so finding a non wore set is pretty mutch impossible. Front struts might be a possibility depending on the condition of them. However your never really gonna know how many miles are on them and what the driving conditions of them were. Its best to just buy new for all of these suspension parts. Only part I would get used for suspension is the actual sway bar...but only reason thats gonna go bad is if your involved in a accident.

Look into tokico blue shocks, they sound like they're right up your alley, our sponsor ProtegeGarage carries them.
