Street Racing Challange Monro

Has any one seen the flyers for the Street Racer Chalange at Evergreen Speedway in Monro (I think thats how you spell it). Open to all who want to drive or view. Drifting, Drags, Auto Cross and carshow every friday night starting this weekend untill the end of Aug. SO YOU ALL HAVE NO EXSCUSE TO RACE ON THE STREET.

One of the RainState guys has a vary powerfull mustang he is going to drift and drag his stage three mopar srt4. I was thinking of Auto Crossing with the RX7. I am sure Joka1 will put the stockers on for some drags. So come out and show every one what you really have.

my car is falling apart slowly but i might play in may. my clutch is dying fast, engine is finially disapproving with the 21 psi. so holpfully i will be fully forged by aug to come out and play.

i will woop ur azz mike......even with my fu#%d up engine. lol, in may we shall see, in july i will kill you.........new motor installed, new tranny,clutch and lsd. but i will still race you with my fubared motor @ 21 psi

not with my new suspension......... hehe, jic a2's. the ones i am giving you are better then you have but .........abt 5 steps behind me. i will be fully caged by the time we race, wanna talk abt no body roll with great coilover suspension setup? btw..........my harnes bar will be up for grabs then also, humm!!

I might not have a buch of cool toys but when it comes to power i'm (first) And i will race you both and kick both of your asses! lol I'll even shift at 6 grand and only let one turbo spool while shooting lasers at you with my anoying bov.

I work till about 2:00 than I have to stop at VTR at about 3:00 i will be in monro about 3:00 or 4:00 i dont know what time it starts or ends i just wanted to check out the first day to sum up some of the compition, check out the tracks ect..

Hay mike If you are going to postpone paint to come out, than dont. Paint that b**** insted thats much more important.

I hear ya. Kit's in the shop now. I'm rocking the DX styling right now. no side skirts, yay! No fenders, no bumpers, and NO FRONT PLATE!!! lol.

Sorry. Been up since 7am taking the kit off.

Well went to the races last night. Roll in was at 5:00 till about 6:00. Than they had practice till seven when the events started. It was there first day so it was a little unorganized. The auto crossers kept forgeting the track half way through it it was kinda funny.

I wanted to race but was having problems keaping the car cool. It's trying to boost hot air. I think its because i got stuck in stop and go trafic on I5 for like an hour so my intercooler got really hot as well as my pipes. I nead to wrap my hard pipes with a heat resistant wrap.

no thanks, like my tires and my transmission in one piece... well I guess two pieces but still whole and undamaged.

where can I get good parts for mazdaspeed mx-5? i need those before I can even think of competeing. until then I will make smartass remarks from the sideline...lol

So insted of draging this week i decided to Autocross.....in the rain. It was fun spinning out around every corner as my traction control was yelling at me. It dosnt turn off. At one point i even ended up in the grass. (pissed) Nothing like trashing a 20k car. lol No harm dun other tha some burnt off coolent. Damn apex seels.

A bunch of my friends and teamates came out to have some fun in the rain. Jay in his doge viper, Dino in his G35, Wade in his 350z, Tim in his Mustang 5.0 and my budy rich in his 97 Camry. Non of us are "drifters" at all but we had a great time driving like jack asses and not getting in trouble for it.

For those that havent come out yet to have some fun are really missing out. Next week i am hopeing for dry weather so i can drag race again.
