yes well this process is still an ongoing one. we had the car started up on thursday. man this mofo is a loud one. but i dont have a dumptube cause the ones i have dont fit so i need to have one made. but anyway....on thurs the only problem was that the bov wasnt well blowing off. i tried unscrewing and screwing the bolt in but no dice. i talked to terry and he told me there was a vaccum leak. for those of u who know where the pressure switch is when u attatch it to the ecu, we ran the vaccum line outside of the car first just to see if it would work. but we didnt have a long enough hose so we taped 2 together. now i didnt think this was what was causing the bov to not work but terry assured me it was. and besides, at idle, i was at 500rpms.pretty low. well we reconnect the hose through the firewall and attach it to one of the t-offs. start it up, and still, nothing.rpms are still low. we check to see if there are leaks. yup, in every, single t-off????!!! it didnt make sense. well we changed the hoses to silicon hoses but didnt have time for the pressure hose cause it was too late. but the bov started blowing off at around 4500-5000 rpms. does anybody have any suggestions or anything. its a greddy type-s and anotehr thing to be sure about. the vaccum hose to the bov. does it go in the angled or straight feed?? just making sure. and what did u guys do for the dump tube(people with spools turbo)????
thanks

i feel your pain. it's been a while since you had your car but it will be worth the wait. i wish i had some adivce for you.

take some starter fluid, and with the car running, spray around the vac hoses, and anything else you removed while installing the turbo. if you hit a vac leak, you will hear the idle change...

i always put zip ties around my vac line connections.

the bov will not sound off at idle unless you rev it real high. try driving the car and see what happens.

the lower nipple on the BOV is a vent, DO NOT cap it, or connect it to a boost/vac source. connect the tube to the straight output on the side.

if i paid to get my s*** done id expect my car to run right. hopefully you can find your problem with the starter fluid.

oh yeah...regarding the dump (wastegate im assuming) if you have no emissions in your state, just run an open dump! it'll sound pimp. if not you're gonna have to get one welded to the downpipe.

Laza- I know how you feel, paid for my complete turbo system, however its still not complete. I informed them to send me the kit all at once, however they started shipping multiple items at different times.
Luckily I test fitted all the pieces in my garage on the bench. I found flaws with piping, parts missing, warped flanges and no gaskets except for the oil return gasket.
To date I still dont have all my parts, the downpipe was welded bass-ackwards, threads on flanges dont match up. I have e-mailed the guys, but they havent called me, pretty soon Im going to drive to them and return the kit.
No sense having a turbo kit setting on a bench collecting dust.
Im just glad I didnt tear my car apart for the install.
Hope you get your car on the road soon.
