yeah I usually have my camera with me, so if I ever see them, I'll get the plates and the car. You could always find them, cut their brake lines then wait for them to come out to the car, let them get in then walk up to confront them, then watch as they tear outa there to run away and woops, no brakes really sucks. it would take a lot for me not to want to put their mouth on the curb like in american history x, but i guess its best to let the police handle it, I'll get their tags and car description and we'll own them after that.

No. The riced civic is common, the riced civic with those wheels is not common though.

if you see the civic first off get the plates, then get a piece of paper and write "I know where you got those wheels" and stay near by and watch their reactions. Then follow them to where ever they live and place notes and stuff. then after an hour at their house call the cops. like when they try to remove the wheels cuz their scared.

man that sucks, so we dont have any idea what color the civic was? like somsone said they got to be local to you, i doubt it was a random thing since they had the right key to get them off. i dont live that far from tucker so ill keep an eye out here in snellville, one thing i can do is, give the pictures to my moms boyfriend since he works at pawnmart, and they have stores all over the place, he can tell all the stores to be on the look out.
