Stock Units replacement and Bluetooth

Good day.

Please can someone help me with this problem.
I have a 2012 mazda 5.

I don't like the stock unit in the mazda 5 but I love the stock unit in the mazda 3. Can someone tell me if I can just replace the stock units of the 5 with the stock unit of the 3. They look the same but I don't have someone with a mazda 3 to test it with. Also where can I get a bluetooth system for the mazda 5. It needs to be a factory system. South africa doesn't offer that feature to us.

I didnt like the stock radio etc.. and wanted built in NAV as well. I had the dealer install a unit with NAV etc... picking up Monday or Tuesday. ill post some pics.

Call one of the Canadian dealerships, they offer a touch screen nav system as option. However, maps won't work in South Africa (only for North America)
