Stock tail lights versus Altezzas

ehh^ i think i would like it if it were clearer.

but smoked out stocks look better then altezzas

they could have been clearer...they were rushed... straight spray wait clear..put on car..shoulda wet sanded and cleared aagain..o well pretty good for the frist time.

Altezzas should only be put on cars by people who lack good taste.

see marc, I think what you had first (EDM, JDM, whatever you crazy kids are calling that style these days) looks SO much cleaner. I guess IMO taillights just shouldn't be something that's draws your attention. You have such a clean car and then these "look at me, look at me" tails. Either way though, like everything YOU do to YOUR car,it comes down to personal choice, hehe

It was the go back in 07, I did the swap as I wanted the car to look different, in which it does, but Im considering swapping back to stock now seeing as the rage for altezza's has kind of gone off here in AUS. i think i'll wait till I have my CX7 rims on the car before I make up my mind..

So no, you cant buy them off me

i may speak for myself but i feel like i rushed into the altezzas because it was a relatively cheap and very easy mod to the car. i do like how TWISM's look with the painted emblems but i think i might just tint the clear circles in the stock ones.

Neither, get the Familia tails. Those are the only good looking ones IMO.

Stock ones with a bit of black spray, not too much or your reverse lights won't be usable!

Man moddin is something personnal. You can't say you're making your car one of a kind if you follow blindly the JDM trend along with a thousand people here because you think you'll get respect for that. It's a thing to like the JDM style, but it's another to follow the flavor of the week without really asking if you like it or not. I like the altezzas and I think they fit my front black housings. Does that mean I've got no taste? Hum I don't know eh! Anyway you just can't discuss taste, so I think this was inappropriate.

LOL, I disgusted many with the chrome altezzas before going JDM. EDM looks like JDM but has the rain light in one of them. Rain light = EDM, no rain light = JDM. I like the fit of stock or JDM/EDM vs. the fit of the Altezzas. Not the bubble of the lens, just how they fit in the body.
