Stock speed 2003.5 alarm

Well I just picked up my 2003.5 yellow speed, I have a question. I have tried to find out if the stock alarm can be removed or disconnect so I don't have to worry about it going off when I'm not home. Any help or advise would be great. If it is disconnected will I loss and functions in the car.

the stock alarm system is integrated pretty well into the car, but it can be removed.

i have the installation instructions for the mazda accessory alarm system, which i followed backwards to remove the system from my car. PM me your email, and i can send it off to you. (file is too large for the forums)

If you are interested in getting rid of your stock alarm, let me know. I want to revert back to stock... The guy who did the alarm on my MSP, prior to me buying it, did a horrible job.
