Use the "contact us" feature on the online mazda parts dealer of your choice. I think you will find it to be more expensive than an aftermarket one. Never seen a parts list on here for anything other than the turbo parts.
I checked both places, and neither show the true PNs. I will contact the dealer here, but was just hoping someone had it handy. The car is not mine, and is being fixed for a friend who want's stock parts back on it.
