Stock muffler

Anybody else notice the little hole in there muffler on the drivers side/side panel down by the seam? The dealer says it to help eliminate condensation..I think it makes the exhaust sound like crap..especially at idle. I'll try and get some pic's of it later.

I stopped and looked at the used 2010 model that I drove and was considering buying from a local dealership before I bought mine..needless to say it didn't have the so called drain hole in the muffler like mine, so this must be a 2011 thing on the speed3's..somebody chime in if you have noticed this on your 2011...so I know if I need to complain about it!!

I have seen a number of mufflers with a "drain" hole in them. It is meant to be there, helps keep the muffler from rusting from the inside out.

Thanks Chris, thats what the dealer said too...I just think it sounds like crap at idle..o'h well I guess i'll give you guys a call when I decide to replace it.
