no someone reputable said that you can take a p5 and a mp3 to a dealer and they can upload the specs for the mp3 to the computer, and then download to the p5...so i called a dealer (it was late so i called a dealer in CA) they said they could do it, but it was illegal, cause each individual car is passed by the govt with certain standards and that would change those specs...so i was like: "ok, so can you do it anyhow if i sign some statement or some s***?"

a lot of dealerships have NO refunds on SPECIAL order parts

yes, the ECU is a special order part

and even if they will take a refund, they can tell what ECU you're giving them by the part # sticker on the ECU box!
