Stock MP3 cam specs?

Can someone please tell me what the intake, exhaust, gross lift etc. is. Also if anybody knows the japanese cam specs that would be great too. I can't decide if I want stage 2 or stage 3 cams specially ground. If someone knows your help would be greatly appreaciated. Thanx in advance

if you want the best performance out of a cam swap, have your head flow tested, and provide the results to a custom cam grinder. (like webcams)
