is anyone running ngk step colders? does anyone have a site / seller i could get a set for an 09 speed 3?

I have them in my 08.5, got them from SU. PG also sells them. Note that they don't come gapped for the MS3, so you'll need that tool if you don't have one.

You could also go with the Denso ITV22 one step colder, they come pre-gapped for the MS3...mine came gapped @.028-.030.

I run the NGK Iridium IX one step colder. They will need to be re-gapped to .028-.032. They come gapped too big. I got them at my local O'Riley's. Ordered one day, picked up the next. Lower price than any Internet source I could find.
