I recently placed Potenza pole position 3's on my 07 speed 6 and now I am noticing that the steering wheel has a slight vibration (visibly see it shaking) when I hit 70mph and then at 90mph...

I had the tires balanced at the dealership assuming they would do a good job and I am a repeat customer.

Is it possible to balance tires to a perfect level or will there always be speed(s) where there will be a small (annoying) vibration??

I had winter tires on before this and they seemed alot more smoother and sad to say enjoyable to drive....

first of all slow down.... Now that thats out of the way a vibration in the steering wheels will denote a out of bal issue ir a bent rim issue... Get a road force bal done would be your best bet...

Is a road force balance the type of balancing machine and is that considered the best out there...just would like to know what to ask as far as type of balancers before I bring it into a reputable shop...

thanks.

Road Force balancing is the type of balancing you want done to your tires. Its a bit more expensive than regular balancing but in the end worth the $$... Only problem is not all shops have the RF balance machine due to its cost (more than $14000)...
