STEEDSPEED turbo manifold questions...need some proffessional opinions!!!

ok here is a link to an ebay auction that I found selling the steedspeed ms3/ms6 turbo manifold for $275. However, it says something about an external wastegate. I know that our cars have internal an wastegate which is the part that is most confusing me. Now, Im ready to throw in the money for this manifold if I can understand what I have to do to make it work. can i just not worry about the external wastegate? do I need one? Will this manifold even work? Any help would be awesome. and once again im sorry if any of these questions are dumb. I just want to know what im up against before I get into something i cant fix lol.

to clarify...its just the flange for the external wastegate thats included with the manifold. I contacted the seller and he said that this manifold is more suited for upgraded turbo setups. I dont know exactly why it wouldnt work with the stock turbo.

it would work. you would need to do one of two things.

1) weld the opening for the wastegate closed
2) weld your internal wastegate closed and run an external gate

i believe that when they tested it with the stock turbo it saw no gains on there first version but they are working on a revised version on it.. maybe thats why he said it would work with the upgraded turbo.. but dont quote me on that i just read it somewhere on here..
