Starting Over

dude you're way too vague.. WTF direction now? lol
Hahah, I'm not sure. Waiting on the email.

For now I have stopped doing what I am doing until I get a little more research under my belt. I'm jumping around everywhere and it's pissing me off. SO, in order to stop this I need to sit down and have a moment. I've emailed a few people and I'm calling one today to get some advice/help.

I need to figure out what I am doing here..I'm not moving anywhere because I'm not sure which one should come first. (Yes, the engine, I'm aware but some things are going to need some tweaking)

Also, if this thread makes no sense to you, it makes no sense to me either.

If you rely on that car for transportation than obviously it makes things alot harder. Otherwise it makes everything easier to take it all out and throw the crap in a box and clean and replace everything else. Car might be down for awhile that way though. That's how the best cars get modified though, 1 hour bolt on modifications piece by piece for the lose.

Hahah! I have the opposite problem. I tend to research stuff forever and never actually do anything about it...or by the time I figure out what to do, some new option has presented itself...which is what sounds like has also happened to you with this "new direction" thing. :)

Sometimes you just gotta say :wtf:

I've done A LOT of research on this whole thing. I've had tons of conversations with people, emails have been sent back and forth, etc..

I just need to get my priorities straight. Right now it seems I'll be getting a new car in a couple of weeks. In that time I'll have a nice amount of cash saved. I need to get into contact with Warren about my manifold because I know I'm going to be needing a new one. I emailed Keith and I didn't get much in response other than what I already knew. I haven't had a chance to email him back so we'll see what happens after that.

Really all I need to do is get things in a list and start from there. Right now I'm bouncing around trying to get 234238 things done at once, which doesn't seem to be working out. That = stress and confusion.

eww that's a chick car -- err nvm have fun :)

not another miada? *head esplodes* (nervous)
My mom disapproved. She is buying the car for *us*. Of course, she realizes I'll be spending more time in it than she will but as soon as I jet from home it becomes her car. I'll be paying a little out of pocket for it but she'll be paying for the bigger half. She is sick of taking a F350 everywhere.

Jetta > F350

unless you are compensating for somethin :P then teh F3fizzle is king.

When you are buying a second car to be able to work on your primary car more.. that's when you know serious s*** is about to go down on the A car :P

You're ditching the turbo for an electrocharger, aren't you?

j/k

Can't wait to hear what's up. :)
