Starting Issue

so lately, ive noticed that my msp doesnt wanna start in the colder weather (50 degrees or so) on the first crank.......
this only happens on a cold start, after it sitting for 8 hours or so..

it will crank, rev to 1500 rpms, and die out. the second time i crank it it starts and runs great...... any ideas guys????

might be a fuel pump issue but im not positive on that, check the relay, swap it with another one and see if the prob goes away, if not you may have a bad fuel pump.
