squealing 2003.5 msp

i am new to this site but am quite impressed with it! now i bought a msp two years ago and blew the engine in it. i have replaced the engine and now have this squeal that sounds like a belt. i have replaced the belt three times now, taken all the pulleys off, cleaned and inspected them for wear. i have also replaced the alternator and water pump yet it still squeals. it only squeals when it idles down and continues to squeal until approximately 2500 rpm. me and my mechanic are stumped on this and cant figure it out any thoughts?

If the belts aren't over tightened then one or more pulleys could be out of alignment, especially if you have swapped the motor.
