I installed the Maxspeed Springs yesterday, and so far I am happy with the results. The ride is not much rougher than the stock springs, but it is noticibly stiffer. I have attched a few pictures with the new springs installed. I have the stock 16" rims with Yokohama AVS ES 100 205/45/16 tires. With this setup there is still about a 1" gap both front and rear, should get even smaller once the springs settle a little. The Maxspeed springs cost less than half of what the Eibach or Tein springs are going for....my total cost including shipping and alignment was about $160. If you're looking for a set of lowering springs and you're on a limited budget you should take a look at the Maxspeed springs.Jeff Solomon said:I just purchased Maxspeed springs on ebay for less than $100 shipped. I was not sure of the quality, so I searched the forums here. Here's a link to what I found that helped me make my decision to purchase. http://www.msprotege.com/forum/showthread.php?t=30183&highlight=Maxspeed+springs
Acts has these springs, and says that they are supposedly made by H & R. I should be installing them this week hopefully. I'll repost with a review once I get them in.
