I think we should go out and eat. While cooking out would be cheaper, I always have fun going to a sports bar like place, something like Bdubs or Hooters, or Roosters or something. But that's just my opinion.

I hope you guys are right. I have my first showing of the Miata in Georgetown, that day. I'll be monitoring the long range forcasts to see what the trend looks like.

Use yesterdays weather as an example. Start of with rain, then sunny and mild the rest of the day. Weather here is is just screwy.

Pressure washer? Do plan to go mudding before the meet? LOL

I use Blue Coral car soap if the car already has wax on it, and dish soap if it doesn't or if I plan to wax it. I will bring my huge jug of Blue Coral out. I have tried other brands and haven't been impressed.

Nothings better than a pressure washer. Blast the dust off!! Not to mention bugz. Hopefully, I will make it at some point.

Unfortunately, that's the exact weather I don't need. For the cleaning event, it's fine; but, car shows start early in the morning for most of the ones I go to. I don't need rain when I'm trying to do the last minute shining on the car before the judges come around. Been there and done that. Not fun. I just looked at the Weather Channel 10 day forecast. They are still predicting rain for Saturday. In fact, they're predicting rain for four days, starting on Friday. It must be a stalled front they're anticipating. I hope their computer model is wrong!

I know all about it, man. I have done several shows in my time. When I was a single, childless person, I had a lot more income to throw into the vehicles.
