Spotted MP3 in Paramus, NJ

I saw a blue MP3 Driving on Century Rd. in Paramus NJ about a month and a half ago (the end of the summer). I Just wanted to know who that was. I love that car...

I've never heard of SeaGirt but i looked it up and its about an hour and a half away, if that helps.
