Spotted: Holden SSV

Hey guys...just thought i would post a photo i was sent from my brother..

This was taken about a half a mile from my house at the intersection of 11 mile and campbel on the east side of royal oak. My brother said it wasn't hard to tell it was something special, what with the manufacturer plates, holden emblems and (to top it off) the right hand drive. He said the guy gunned it at the light, leaving my brother in his dust...and that it sounded oh so nice!!

Honestly guys, I'm really liking the look of this car. And with the supplier discount i get, this is really starting to look like my next car...

I think GM is starting to figure things out...

They did put a hold on all RWD platforms until they got some things worked out. But they were too far into some cars (like the camero and Sky) to not build them. This just might be one of them.

Three weeks ago the Canadian government released a report stating that the gas companies were in their mind gouging the consumers at the pump with the current gas prices. You would have thought that gas prices would drop after that little announcement. However, three weeks later gas prices are still sitting around $1.24/L for premium (~$3.75 USD/Gall).

Loving it...NOT.

I think I saw 2 of these holdens a couple days ago although they didnt have that spoiler on them and they had that black padding on some of the body parts and it didnt have any emblems but the tail lights and body lines look pretty much like that picture.

I guess the American car makers are starting to figure out that they need to swallow their pride, and put out the better styling that sells in the rest of the world....at least I hope they are.
