Spool turbo kit for sale

I have a turbo kit for a Mazda Protege 2.0 liter. It is a Spool manifold a custom intercooler, Vortec FMU, blow off valve, wastegate, and of course the turbo...which is a Masterpower t3/t4.
there are only 4k miles on this turbo,(it was the upgrade for the t28 before driving from Mobile, AL to California.

before buying the Spool manifold, using a home-made tube header, and the t28, the car ran a 9.3 1/8th mile, spinning off the line. we did not get to run the car with the Spool header and bigger turbo, but it was a LOT faster. Around town, we would have fun with the mudstangs. we limited boost to 10 pounds.
I am asking $2500 for the kit, but that is negotiable within reason. thanks-Mike

I have no quarter mile times, but you can get an estimate with the 9.3. also, since it beat mustangs, it must be low 14's. also, that 9.3 was with home-made manifold and the t28 turbo.
 
well, what do you guys think about the turbo kit? I would really like to sell it, and like i said, the price is negotiable. Some feedback would be great, thanks-Mike
 
Okay, okay, i just need to get rid of this kit... first person to offer me $1700 gets it. I will consider parting it out for those in need of certain pieces.

is it a t3/t4? I compared the masterpower to my garrett t3/t4 and physically, mine was smaller. as far as a/r, mine was bigger. i dont know how comparable they are to eachother, but there was a huge difference between the t28 and the masterpower t3/t4. it began spooling at 2k rpm, and reached full boost by 3500rpm.
what do you have it on, and how long have you had it on there?

Any pics of it on the car? Is that the spool intercooler? Also pics of the piping and piping route might be good. How about the downpipe?
 
also, post this in the forsale section. This kit will fit p5 or mp3's so you might have better luck there.

mine was custom built, the compressor is actually larger then a garrett t4 comp., and the wheel thats inside, lets just say that is custom also :D
 
I dont think i have any pics of the setup on the car, but i will look. my computer is running like crud, and it takes a while to log on. sorry if i dont post as frequently...until i get the bugs worked out on the computer. I think i have the down pipe, which is with the flange. the piping will be powdercoated if i can get it in the oven, otherwise it will be high temp painted.

that other turbo in your pic is a DSM T25. I have the same one. But you said it was a T28. That dsm housing wont work with a T3 turbine and backplate (thats what makes a T25 into a T28) Did you do something different? I am planning on getting a T3 cold side to convert mine into a T28, but i dont want to have to redo my intercooler piping, since the T3 and T28 dont have the 90 on the outlet.

So what is it?
 
you're right, that is a DSM turbo. the t28 garrett is what i have for my type 1 beetle that i am turboing. thanks for setting me straight.
