spool install HELP!!!!

okay first big problem I have an 02 ES 5 spd if that makes a dif but anyway the downpipe from the turbo won't fit because of the coolant return hose from the radiator we removed the hose to try to make it fit but the actual metal pipe that it goes over is too close? the only option I see is a new piece but really don't want to do that does someone make a new piece or whats up?

never mind figured it out thnx to adam but does anyone have the wiring diagram or just instructions for wiring a voltage clamp? got wires and no idea what to do with them but prolly won't get to that till tomorrow oh yeah and plz post any problems you see me having thnx again Josh
