Splash guards

I gotta have some splash guards. Has anyone found any yet?

The MS3 really needs them, the rear tires stick out beyond the bodywork.

Are Rally Armor mud flaps the only option for us MS3 owners? I just put on my winter wheels a few weeks ago and I finally washed the car this weekend and then parked it in the garage. The following day I drove it and I had tire shine flung all over the side of my car behind both wheels. I never had this issues with the stock wheels/tires.

I'm not a fan of those HUGE Rally Armor flaps, sorry. Is there a OEM style flap available for us?

edit: I guess the Rally Armor basic flap might work for me. Still a bit large for my liking.

Trim it?

The closest you're going to get to an OEM style are the molded universal splash guards you can get at most auto parts store. Of course, it won't be a nice direct flush fit and some modification of the splash guard may be necessary. I believe there are few threads about this out there, if not here than at one of the other forums.

there is a thread somewhere in here that is a make your own mudflaps out of a trash can. im sure he's pretty intuitive to others such as yourself not liking the rally flaps hence the post. they dont look to bad but the design is basic and i think the shape of the rally flaps are that way for a reason and is what really sets off flaps that stop something (trashcan flaps) to flaps that stop everything.(rally armor)

I second the "embrace the flaps" comment. i have them on and they look sweet. they arent as obnoxious as you would think.
