Special Tool For Timing Belt Install???

i'm going to be installing my waterpump soon, but last time installing the timing belt was a pain, its now about almost a tooth off, rough idle but its runs.

i just want to put it perfect this time, and with the crank shaft moving everytime we put the timing belt over the cam shafts, it makes it impossible to set it right.

is there a tool to lock the crank shaft and put the belt over the cam shafts without disturbing the T mark on the crankshaft?

try counting how many teeth the mark moves. then the next time you try it, set it that many teeth backwards

yea thats what we did, but it never fell on the right on. it fell once but when we tried to tighten the tensioner, it moved a tad bit. we said **** it, but i'm searching for a tool to make it perfect.
