Hey everyone.

We are going to run a special on our thermal spacers kits and parts. It's part of our continuing push to try and get more stuff out for you guys, try to cut prices when we can, and overall do anything possible to help everyone out.

So here's the deal:

-The pricing will remain in effect until the 1st of February. And after that it will never come back. In fact, the price has gone up for us to manufacture these by a considerable amount.

-If you you bought a raffle ticket for the raffle we sponsored recently you will get another 5 dollars off this special pricing.

-Shipping is NOT included in the cost listed here.

-Payments can be done by paypal or via paypal/credit card

-Our website will be adjusted to reflect the new pricing very shortly. You can purchase directly from the website to get this pricing. If you are a raffle ticket holder please contact me and I'll tell you how to get the discount.

-If we run out of parts I will order in more and there may be a slight back order, but we will honor pricing and demand on all orders placed before the 1st of February.

So the down and dirty:
Full Spacer Kit: Includes the intake thermal spacer as well as the throttle body thermal spacer.
-WAS: $72 NOW:$61
Intake Spacer Only:
-WAS: $53 NOW:$46
Throttle Body Spacer w/Coolant Bypass Covers:
-WAS: $25 NOW:$21

If you have any questions PM me or PM to NSNMotorsports

Thanks much!

I'll definitely get in on this, even though I just spent 2 days (13 hours total) installing the spacers on my friend's MSP. I figure, at least we know what we're doing. I also want to get the gauge panel with the single gauge & space for the GReddy FATT & Profec.

anytime you have any kind of problems feel free to PM me or email me and I'll be right there for you to help you out!

Thanks,

Steve

*Subscribed* Will probably purchase around the Jan 31st or the 1st of Feb. I have another question how do this differ from the ones from outlawengineering thanks.

They fit :).

But in honesty, the fit is better than the OE spacers, and also they are made from a more insulating material and it allows for them to be slightly thinner (about 1/16") and allows full thread engagement without having to go through and replace all the studs and bolts. They are rated up to about 300F as well, and I have tested them in temperatures that high for over an hour and saw no significant changes or effects.

the one thing you need to be careful about is overtorquing. it's important that you torque only to the factory specs of about 14 ft-lb's on those bolts. Otherwise you risk shattering the spacer... would happend with the phenolic type as well.

But overall, our spacers are cheaper, fit better, and performance is as good or better! They are laser matched EXACT copies of the stock gasket layout.

This deal will be on through today and tomorrow and that's it! So if you want one please pm or email me asap! :)

Thanks,

Steve

So I'm putting my intake manifold back on the car after changing out the gaskets. I remembed that I had the NSN thermal spacer for the manifold in the trunk, and it had been back there for a year. Before I put this on my car, I want to know how have these been holding up for those of you who have them installed?

havent had a single problem with mine...in fact i usually forget its there when listing my mods to people. After i put it on when i did the 626 manifold swap i noticed a large decrease in IM temp just by touch

Yeah, they are available and we sell them way cheaper than we used to to try and get them out of stock before the end of the year I'm hoping :).

Later,

Steve

the IM one goes between the head and IM, tb one goes between the tb and IM.

Both are about keeping the intake charge cooler. Nominally you get some power increase form the increased runner length moving the power band a little on the IM spacer, but the major issue was just simply keeping things cooler and they made a good difference to be sure.

We did discontinue them though... the manufacturing costs went up a lot and they weren't selling well enough to justify carrying the huge cost in inventory. If someone else is ever interested in selling/producing them I can provide the CAD models for the spacer so they can get them fabbed up. You need to use G10 phenolic to be safe with the engine.

Later!

Steve
