Spare Key Fob

i have a 2025 cx5 gs and i lost my spare key fob.
is there anywhere i could buy the key fob with chip?

How about your local Mazda dealer; they'll also be able to programme key to vehicle, or an auto electrician with suitable coding equipment.

Note that you'll still have to program the fob AND get the key cut.

I ran my 2021 CX-5 key FOB through the washing machine. After I opened it up to expose the guts and let it dry for 24 hours, it worked one week then crapped out. A new one with programming was over $500 at my local Mazda dealer. I bought an OEM key FOB from a local battery place (sells automotive and all other types of batteries). With programming, it was $310. You can buy OEM-looking FOBs on Amazon for under $50, but you’d have to get someone to program it.
