I have a 2022 CX-5 with a Bose sound system, and I've noticed an issue whenever I play music with even a slight bass. There's a crackling sound coming from the door panels. At first, I thought the speakers might be blown, but now I’m confident they aren’t the problem. The sound is hard to describe, but it’s distracting and makes me not want to listen to music in the car. I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? Could it be caused by something like the control switches on the driver’s door panel?

A crackling sound from both door panel speakers to me means the amplifier is out of whack.

Today I checked playing some music and when i put my hand on the controls the crackling sound disappears but when take it off almost every time the bass hits i hear the annoying sound

So now i’m sure there is nothing wrong with the speakers or wires but there is something loose in the door control switches
