i was at my local car audio shop today talking to him about getting a little better system and he showed me his comp car, thought i'd share the pics.

it won a show a couple weeks back pushing just over 155db

hes wanting to add a canister exhaust to make it even more ridiculous looking, if anyone has one laying around and wants to be awesome, he can put your 247 name on the car as a sponsor.

I know this hasn't been a bumpin thread, but I figured I'd share a few pics of this build and what I've done so far on the rebuild

I **** at taking lots of pics for build logs, but here's a little something from April up until now

First build:
-(6) 15" Powerbass...I don't remember the model off hand but they were about 300 rms each and I paid $250 shipped for all of them as refurbs
- Audiopipe AQX3500.1 at 1.3 ohms

Originally running the AB 120.1 but I gained 1.9db by the direct swap to the audiopipe. Temp high amp, just had it laying around the garage before this trade comes through for my new 5 channel

Did a 152 flat in testing, 151.3 at the Usaci show

Sold the Powerbass 15's, installed them in a guy's '07 Ram 1500
(not me in the pic, btw)

for some reason, my buddy decided it would be a good idea to punch braced mdf....he bled a lot

New Build

(4) of the new style American Bass HD 15's, they widened out the basket and put bigger spiders in, these things are siiick
(2) Audiopipe AQX 3500.1's, daily at 1 ohm each, burp at 1/4 ohm

This is just a dry fit of the baffle, sub holes are cut out already, but I've got a ton of glasswork to finish up before we get to that point, lol

some 0% tint on the back window, don't mind the bird ****

rough start to the baffle, shooting for recessed subs. Probably going to carpet the outside baffle

Didn't get as many pics as I should, but got a ton done today, should be done building tomorrow if everything goes well
