yeah, it should. you might want to remove the truck latch point on the bottom edge of the trunk opening. it's annoying when that thing holds up installing a box, and you have to remove the box, then get out the sockets, then remove it. i forgot the size, but it's metric(spin)

will I be able to sit the box so the sub is facing the trunk lid, or will I have to lay the box on it's back making the sub point upward?

the 15 1/4 side is gonna have to be the vertical for it. course if it's far enough back in the trunk, the 19 could be the vertical.
