i have been debating on a new car for a while now. i currently live in kansas city but recently got a new job in the fort lauderdale area. my goal was to buy a new car before i relocate, which is around may/june. i have a monster of a dog (75lbs at 7 months) and wanted something big enough to hold his crate. i thought it would be a CX7 but finally decided that maybe a MS3 was a better idea. well, i went to the dealership tonight, talked to an awesome salesmen that a few friends recently dealt with. they had two MS3's. one 2008.5 white sport. one 2008 cosmic blue. at first i thought i'd like the white more, but the more i looked at the two side by side, i like the CB more. i took it for a test drive and the salesman encouraged me to drive it hard. what a blast. i pulled back into the parking lot with a HUGE grin on my face. i filled out all the financing papers etc, but left the sales guy high and dry. i made a good deal on the CB (paying invoice) and plan to make a move tomorrow. i'm going to tell him i'll pick it up tomorrow night if he throws in the MS intake.
i doubt it will happen, but its worth giving him grief over.
