Something for tailgaters...

20' flame huh? Hmm...

*goes outside to measure his driveway*
Ok driveway is 10' roughly.

Now with winter and snow/ice here this sure would be an easy way to "defrost" my driveway so I can back out onto the street.

:)

I seen a fireball contest onetime. They have to rev their engines so that they get a poor air/fuel mixture and all the fuel doesn't burn in the engine. That's how they get the huge 20' flames... If you don't know how to do it you'll probably just get a muzzle flash, wich would still be pretty cool. Much better than any LED tailpipe anyday :).

$175!!! what a rip off.....hot rodders have been doing this since the 1950's! and they damn sure didn't have any fancy crap box to make it happen...in fact the REAL parts you need to make this set up work don't even come with the kit! the coils and the spark plug! lol

I thougt that you had to have a carburated engine or a propane kit in order to shoot flames like that? I know some cars can do it with lots of tuning or running very rich.

Whats the deal?

Does anybody know how to do it without all that fancy crap? (I have an idea) (naughty)

all you really need is a way to put some raw fuel into the exhaust system....and a coil and a spark plug to fire it....and a switch to turn the power on to the coil....

that is somewhat simply stated....but that is really the heart of the whole thing.

Woooh 20'
That can come in so handy when the tourist season kicks in!

no, you would need that upfront to help all the canadian seniors in their damn RVs figure out that they need to free up the damn left HOV lane so cars can actually go a little faster than 40mph. i think that when they are down here they get mph an kph confused on their speedometers.
