I gave up with the blue valve caps. I went through so many of them, thinking there are only $4...also figuring that whoever stole them has their new set and its safe. Boy was i wrong..every time i put them on they were stolen. And this only started when i moved back to NJ. Never had anyone mess with my car in FL. Been living back in NJ for 4 months and already have had side markers stolen, and 3 sets of caps. also a second attempt to steal the side marker lamps, but my neighbor scared them away. damn punks!!!

The most annoying thing about it all is that it's not something that I can just go down to Pep Boys or the dealership and pick up another. It's custom made, which means I now have to wait till Paypal transfers my money, then wait for it to be machined and powdercoated, then wait for it to ship. What a hassle.

I guess I will use locktite or something like it next time. Just have to be careful not to use too much and get it on the car.

Mine was stolen about a week ago from my parking lot at work. So much for honesty in the military huh! Stupid kids! Anywho, I actaully found the MF that took it. He had it mounted on his Pro5! I left a nice little nasty gram on his car, he called me, and found out that I was a SSG and he was a lonely PVT(I am 6 ranks higher for those that don't know!). SO, I scared the s*** outta him with punishment and extra duty through his chain of command, he gave me my s*** back, and I proceeded to mount it with clear silicon adhesive to keep it on there.
Oh yeah, his excuse was he didn't do it, and his friend "bought" it for his birthday from Checker Auto Parts. Yeah, whatever! Dumb ass 18 year old kids. Wanna play GI Joe and save the world, and cannot even fess up to his own stupidity.
I really hate people sometimes!
