Someone poured paint on my car!!!!!!

Some fuc*ing a$$ hole poured white paint all over the front of my car last night. Why would someone do something like this! If I find out who did it they will ******* die! I have no enemies. I am 24 years old, I work full time at the the third biggest engineering firm in Dallas, and go to college at night. I am not in high school, I have no grudges with anyone. I just moved here in December. Who is pissed off enough at me that would do something like this? I have no idea who would have done this. It all washed off this morning thankfully. There is a faded spot on the hood where the paint was though. Does anyone know if this will buff out? I called my leasing office, and of course, they said they could do nothing about it. I told them they better at least put out a flyer at every apartment around mine to see if anyone saw anything. Here is a pic to enjoy. If you have a weak stomach, don't look.

that's weak... fortunately, paint thinner that removes that kind of paint will not affect the stock paint. I'm glad it came off clean, but if ever anyone has to do the same thing, be VERY CAREFUL of what type of paint thinner you use...

D00d, that REALLY sucks. I'm pissed just thinking about it. WTF, damn a$$holes. GRRRRR.

I'm REALLY glad it came off tho. Our cars attract attention...and we gotta watch for people messing with them. Once i found a condom on my antennae. Ugh. Anyway, I'm gonna be worried come mischeif night.

Ben, it was probably just a "random act of violence"....nothing against you personally...just some kids that need their asses handed to them for disrespecting others stuff.

As far as the paint.....glad it came off...evidently they poured LATEX water soluable paint on it....and I would give buffing out the hood a try...but would be VERY careful about using any kind of thinner....you may end up with a wad of yellow paint in YOUR hand.....in fact...if you can't just buff it out...contact your insurance company....I don't think I would try anything other than buffing myself....let a pro do it....that way if something goes wrong.....then someone other than YOU are responsible and can be held accountable.

I know what you mean on the deductible....I am in that same boat. course with me...it makes a big difference...seeing as how I have three vehicles plus my harley to pay insurance for.

I'm so sorry to see that you became a victim of abusive vandalism! This sort of thing is done by anonomous cowards who haven't been, as Nuke said, "handed their asses".

I have a $120 deductable for this very reason. It costs me more, but my peace of mind is retained. The extra premium keeps me from staking out my car at night, dressed in fatigues, shotgun locked and loaded.

As Kooldino stated, our cars do attract attention. It is both our joy and our curse. Best of luck removing the stain.

get one of those alarms that has a proximity (spelling?) feature.
so that it will shoo off those teenagers. Cuz, when it goes off
people will look to see whats going on and then they will prolly
not do anything to your car. But yah I know, those alarms are
annoying but isn't that its job. Annoy the hell out of you so you
won't do a damn thing to my car. Oh well trying to help.

I have the proximity alarm that cam with tha car. It was so sensitive that I turned down the sensitivity. I'm turning that b**** up to full sensitivity now. Everyone in my apartment complex is going to pay now! That s*** will be going off 24/7!

That's F'd up dude. people should learn to respect and give credit to a nice car, not destroy it out of jealousy. When i had my previous car, 2 kids keyed the hood and whole driver side and dumped soda all over my interior. I didnt have any witnesses so it sucked bigtime. thankfully it was a POS car and now i have this machine. i feel for you...hope it turns out fine..

How many times has an alarm gone off in your neighborhood in the past week? Are you prompted to look?

You're right, though, that this particular incidence may have been avoided with their use. We're dealing with pusillanimous cretins. Their "courage" is in their anonymity. Even bottom feeders would reject their remains as tainted.
