Solo2 NE Divisionals

that's me after getting back from Divs in Maryland. i got my butt handed to me in STS (11th out of 12), but damn i learned a lot:

1. the line between driving the car 100% and overdriving it is fine, but it's there.

2. Azenis = teh wow! bye-bye wheelspin. off the line (slightly uphill), i could launch at 4000rpm, and gone were the wheelspin problems out of slow corners. now it just hooks up.

3. there are NO crappy drivers at big events.

4. standing in the sun all day + lots of beer that night =

5. fuel starvation can occur at 1/4 tank.

6. my car weighs 2624 lbs in autoX trim.

7. you CAN adjust toe with a $5 level and some tape.(boom01)

8. downhill 40mph sweeper + lifting too much = (crazy)

If I weren't heading out on vacation this weekend, I'd have been down there. C'est la vie <--- gonna use that a lot where I'm going next week.

there are better drivers than me at local events too. lots of 'em. corey ridgick usually wins PAX in philly, and nothing changed this weekend.

how about..."the average ability level at Divs was higher than at regional events." even the "bad" drivers at Divs were pretty good (and yes, i'm including myself. )
