Yeah the bumper is the same the 03.5's just have the lip on them and no fog lights.

The blazing yellow is a rare color too. I have a laser blue and i love the color and get complimented on it all the time. I really wouldn't mind having either titanium, yellow, or blue. Orange is hot, but too flash/attention grabbing for my liking. I would really look into ChiMSP's car. Very well taken care of, and already has a forged motor, and very low mileage. You really can't go wrong with that.

There's one here in florida that seems good it's laser blue with only 20k miles asking 14.7k... There was another one at 11k with only 13k miles but it has a rebuilt title...

jw what color is the one with the rebuilt title, that laser blue may be the one ive seen around town with a front mount and exhaust looks cool if thats the one

yeah I know the yellow, blue and titanium are all set up perfectly as I want.

However the black mica has the foglights, no front lip and it has the 03 version spoiler.

Has anyone done an 03.5 conversion on a black mica that I could get some pics of?

That's how I bought my MSP. Flew to Springfield, MO from Chattanooga and drove it back.

And HOLY COW! What a killer creampuff of a car that is! How the hell did you keep the miles so low on it and keep it in such good shape? Drive it only on weekends to church and back? That's a hell of a deal for somebody. I paid more than that for mine.

That's also a hell of a deal right there, if it's in as good a shape as I think it is and it hasn't been wrecked, and it's nearby. If you could snag it for 10k that would leave a lot of room for mods. Of course, if you don't want black I couldn't blame you. I'll never have another black car again.

That takes some serious discipline. I wasn't able to do it. In the two years since I got the MSP my daily beater '91 Escort GT didn't turn 100 miles. Unfortunately, the MSP put on 36,000 in that time period. I don't think I'd change it though. Many of those miles were over mountain roads.

WRX is a great platform, especially now that they've upgraded to a 2.5 engine in all impreza's, so no more turbo lag. my main forum is awdpirates.net, its mainly a suby/evo forum, if you want to know ANYTHING about a rex, go check it out. its a good balance of many, many qualities, but its probably the most expensive on your list. the stripped out "T" version (tuner) is still like 23-ish. Have you looked at the Nissan SE-R SpecV? Gobs of torque, odd but solid handling, lots of go fast goodies from Nismo (warrantied too) and a price of <20k

I won't lie though I am very intrigued by the thought of the 04-06 WRX... we'll see where it takes us huh

By the way I still think subaru is smokin some good ish to think their impreza is worth 25k+ new... give me a break... not some odd years ago they were fighting disputes as a shoddy company and now they think they've proven themselves bullet proof enough to charge almost as much as an STi for a regular Impreza WRX... (drunk)
