I quit a month ago. I never was a heavy smoker to begin with so it wasn't too hard. The only times it really bugged me is every once in a while when I am stressing at work, and I need a break, and when I am at bars and everyone around me is smoking.
At work, I just climb stairs when I need to get out of the office for a bit. 20 stories up and down helps me clear my mind.
At bars it is tougher, I have a friend that dips a lot, and ever once in a while I have bummed off him if I really want some nicotine, lol. I know most people think dipping is digusting, but I think it is less addictive than cigarretes. I remember reading about how the addictiveness of a drug is directly correlated to how fast the effects come on. With dipping, it is slower than cigarretes. I do enjoy dipping every once in a while, but I never craved it.
Anyways, whenever I really want a cigarrette, I just think how smoking one would be admitting I have a weak will.
