I've had my MSP for 5 years now and I'm starting to think it's time for something different. How hard is it to sell your MSP these days? Mine is relatively unmodded and under 60k....mind you, this is not a sale post, just a question for those with experience.
So how difficult is it to sell a MSP?

Dstmsp03 why do you want to sell yours? didnt you just get it done? also the msp's are not worth anything. MMR (a dealer program for pricing cars) says our car in average condition is only worth 4,675 dollars. oh and thats with 80k miles

here in canada they sell like hotcakes. mines almost stock and i have been offered 15K for it a couple times.

yea a decent one with good KMs still goes for like 15-17 000 in manitoba canada. when they come on sale which isnt often. course you get ones with like 130 000km for 12 500.
mine sitting at 70 000 kms atm i could probably sell for about 15000-16000 which is what i owe, so im not complaining

When I bought mine i got it used and they wanted 18500 for it, but since i was trading them a 01 protege es they let it go for 15500. Worth it i think, but it sucks they are so cheap in the US. I could have saved a lot of money if i had known.

canadian. but who knows. a sucker is born everyday u just need to find the right buyer. u got quite the list of mods im sure someone up here would pay a pretty penny for that

It might be hard to find a buyer. On autotrader our cars don't have their own search function, on KBB they can't even give you a price b/c so few were made. Only reason I found mine was I saw one drive by me and google'd it. Might be tough to sell... maybe post around colleges?
Ours is pretty close in miles and mods and I think we'd get 10.5K at most for ours, which is more than I owe on mine, but the hard part is finding a buyer. I'd like to sell mine and get a MS6.

nice thing about the MSP is they are very attractive. toss one of these in a open area with lots of traffic and people will come up and take a closer look. when i saw mine on the lot i didnt have the slightest ******* clue what it was worth. i was actually disappointed to see it was a protege haha cause my buddy had the ugliest G1 protege i had ever seen.
if I cleaned my car up nice and took some quality pics. someone who hadnt done prior research would pay good money for it.
