I just refuse to install that crap. I have AvantBrowser which blocks web pop-ups, but that's the only piece of free-ware I have on my system.

acrtually i was using ad-aware for a long time, buuut i still had some wierd things goin on, i got spy bot and it found a LOT of things ad aware didnt, adaware was up to date too. check out from download.com

i currently use both adaware and spybot but thats it
