Smoke from exhaust

The wife has been complaining about black smoke from the exhaust but I had never seen. The wife took speed3 in for oil change and right at the service window the car kicks out black smoke, what timing this only happens in movies. Remember I have never seen the black smoke or felt any performace change, I have had the speed3 within months of release. First the dealer said a leaky seal the next time we talked they replaced the TURBO, all under warrenty. Will pick up the car today. Does this senario make sence???

black smoke = normal. This is why your exhaust tip is black & not chrome & also why your bumper, well mine at least since my car is white, is always stained.. & I whipe it daily.. Its just unburned fuel. Remove your cat & it gets worse =} turbo seals will give you a more white w / blue tint smoke..
